Hey guys. D'you know the movie 500 Days of Summer? My sister downloaded it, and I watched after two weeks of her nagging. It was pretty good. Not your average love story. I don't know if it is a love story.xD Anyway, I am really grateful that I watched it.

The guy--Tom--is an employee for a greeting card enterprise or something. Well, he wants to be an Architect. It affected me greatly because for over two weeks or three, I've practically avoided anything that involves designing. SUbconsciously. But after seeing Tom, well, I dunno... I have no idea why... but I thought, is this what I really want? Tom wants to be an Architect and he sits on that bench to look at beautiful edifices. He tries to draw a lot of em. His walls are covered with paper for ideas and design. I had to rethink Architecture. For me, it has been ages since I sat on a chair and actually designed--not drawn GA fan arts, but designed--something.

So I sat there, prepared my tracing paper, t-square, triangles, and other necessities. I took out a pad of papers and drew my ideas. It wasn't long before the wall beside me was covered by papers with scribbled only I could understand. It was a good feeling. Architecture is for me.

They gave Mikan their Alice Stones, and Natsume said that the one in Mikan's necklace was from him. Awwww. And there is this handsome guy I do not know. Maybe he's a clone of the Elementary Principal? Can't read Japanese!

I bought new books! There's like three bargain books sellers in the Campus, and I had to buy! I bought Forrest Gump by Winston Groom and The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand.

Forrest gump - Awesome movie, awesome book.

The Fountainhead - a classic story about an architect. It also presents the author's philosophy Objectivism. Highly recommended by most Architects that I had to read it.


DON'T READ IF YOU'RE A rabid TWILIGHT FAN
*Trivia: Wanna know a book worse than Twilight? Huh?xD I've read two scanned pages of it in livejournal and I knew I'll never ever read it again. It's Silk and Steel.
I forgot the author, but let me tell you this: it is so awful it'll make you weep for literature more than how you did about Twilight. Purple Prose in level 100. Two pages, describing a woman's body. Seriously, it's worse than having Edward described in 43 different synonyms. I think it compares a body part--tounge, if I remember correctly--to a bloody ferret.xD pubis to a snake? Those kind of stuff.
